Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Product is unused and unopened
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used care products (teak oil, sealants, cleaners)
- Custom-mixed products or special orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization number
- Ship the item to our Scottsdale location with the RA number clearly marked
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Members receive expedited refund processing
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item:
- Contact our team to arrange an exchange
- Ship the original item back to us
- Receive your replacement once we process the return
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
- No return shipping required for defective items
Service Satisfaction
For furniture maintenance services, if you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days. We will assess the situation and work with you to make it right, whether through additional service or partial refund.
